Marasco Senior Center Schedule (555 Union Ave, New Windsor NY)
The Marasco Senior Center, located behind the gazebo in the Town Hall Complex at 555 Union Ave., is open Monday – Fridays to senior citizens aged 55 and older for socialization, fun, cards and games, as well as special programs Mondays - Fridays. We welcome all seniors to come and get out of the house to socialize with your friends and neighbors!
Monday's Hours: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. (cards, games, etc.)
Special Programs:
- Dance Aerobics: 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. / $5 per class
Dance Aerobics is a cardiovascular exercise program geared towards senior citizens. HELD IN COMMUNITY CENTR
- Mahjong: 12:00p.m. – 3p.m.
- Poker: 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday's Hours: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. (cards, games, etc.)
Special Programs:
- Chair Yoga: 9:00 – 10 a.m. / $5 per class
Chair yoga is approved by the arthritis foundation to ease aches and pains and increases range of motion in participants.
- Movie Matinee: 1:00 p.m. / FREE! join us for a movie, chosen just for you!
Wednesday's Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 3 p.m. (cards, games, etc.)
Special Programs:
- Zumba Gold: 10 - 11:00 a.m. / $5 per class
Zumba Gold with Paula is a new Latin and International Dance based workout geared towards Senior Citizens.
- Balance, Cardio & Weight: 11 - 11:45 a.m. / $5 per class
Balance, Cardio & Weight with Paula is a new low impact beginners class.
- Mahjong: 12:00p.m. – 3p.m.
Thursday's Hours: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. (cards, games, etc.)
