We will have about 4 hours to hike and explore the beautiful scenery of the Kaaterskill Forest with: a renewed sense of calm and clarity, practical tools for managing stress and improving focus, greater self-awareness through guided journaling and creative exploration, and meaningful connections with nature & community.
