REC+ Program (Ages 13-17)
REC+ (Reconnecting Every Child) is a positive youth development program that connects teens to meaningful opportunities within the Town of New Windsor Recreation Department year-round instead of just summertime only!
Through REC+, teens contribute to community events, support local programs, and help care for public spaces while building confidence, responsibility, and leadership skills. Designed to meet youth where they are, the program offers a supportive pathway for both leadership development and personal growth, encouraging all participants to engage, contribute, and take pride in their role within the community.
