Summer Camp Trips - Week 3 - Renegades Game
*Camp Trips are limited to bus capacity and camper eligibility. Every camper is not guaranteed a space unless they are registered for the trip in advance here. If you would like your eligible camper to attend the trip, please do not delay signing up online.Information: - Camp trips are ONLY available to full-day campers, ages 6-12.- Campers enrolled in the half-day program (ages 3-5) are NOT eligible for camp trips.- Campers must be registered for the same week of the camp trip in order to purchase a trip and be eligible to attend. - Each trip costs $65 per camper.- Refunds OR Credits will not be issued for any missed trips for any reason. Drop-off & Pick-up: - Bus departs and returns to the New Windsor Community Center (555 Union Avenue). *NOTE: This is a different Location than your regular camp day* - Drop off: Arrive NO LATER than 8:30am, as the buses will leave at 9am SHARP- Pick up: Approximately 4:00pm, will confirm closer to trip dates. Important notes:- Be sure to send your child with a labeled water bottle and full lunch/snacks.- Campers must wear their camp shirt that is provided to them.- All Camp Trips are on Thursdays each week, with the exception of Week 3 to the Renegades Game which is a Wednesday.

Music and a Market - 2025 Summer Concert Series - FOOD TRUCK - July 23
Our Music and a Market 2025 Summer Concert Series brings you "Weeknight Music with a Twist!" The *NEW* 6pm Market + Event opportunities are sure to delight every member of your family. The 7pm Headline Show each Wednesday night takes F.U.N. up a notch here in New Windsor, so GET READY!The Town of New Windsor invites you to join our Music and a Market Summer Concert Series to proudly showcase and sell items at your vendor booth or food truck before and during the evening entertainment! Vendor spots are open to multiple sellers of market goods during each concert night. This is not a tabling or advertising opportunity.Food truck spots are limited to ONE truck each night, with the exception of August 13th (last concert) for our Food Truck Roundup where we will host multiple trucks.If you are a local business looking to table/advertise at this event, this opportunity is ONLY available if you are also a Community Day Sponsor at the "Victory" level or above. Please email jdickinson@newwindsor-ny.gov if you would like to become a Community Day Sponsor and want to get a head start with your community relationships during our Music and a Market Summer Concert Series! Spots at the Market will be pre-assigned and cannot be modified the day of the event. Each vendor should report to the New Windsor Town Hall Lawn between 4:30pm-5:30pm to set up your area independently. Vendors must provide all tabling supplies; no supplies (ie: tents or tables) are provided by the Town.Set up begins: 4:30 p.m.Shopping hours: 6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.NO VENDORS MAY BREAK DOWN THEIR SETUP/TABLE BEFORE 8:30PM. You are committing to the 2 1/2 hours for the entirety of the event.The Town of New Windsor reserves the right to pick which vendors can take part in this event.
