Music and a Market - 2026 Summer Concert Series - FOOD TRUCK - July 1
Our Music and a Market Summer Concert Series brings you "Weeknight Music with a Twist!" The 6pm Market opportunities are sure to delight every member of your family. The 7pm Headline Show each Wednesday night takes F.U.N. up a notch here in New Windsor, so GET READY!The Town of New Windsor invites you to join our Music and a Market Summer Concert Series to proudly showcase and sell items at your vendor booth or food truck before and during the evening entertainment! Vendor spots are open to multiple sellers of market goods during each concert night. This is not a tabling or advertising opportunity. We are not responsible for similar vendors or vetting; join the event prepared to be your best, no matter who else may be on site!Food truck spots are limited to ONE truck each night. Food truck vendors will FIRST apply online here and THEN we will notify the individual truck if they are chosen for that specific date. Payment can be submitted once selected and is not due with your initial application. (Please apply for all the dates you're available, as spaces will be limited and selected specifically to provide a variety of food options throughout the season).If you are a local business looking to table/advertise at this event, this opportunity is ONLY available if you are also a Community Day Sponsor. Fill out THIS FORM if you would like to become a Community Day Sponsor and want to get a head start with your community relationships during our Music and a Market Summer Concert Series! Spots at the Market will be pre-assigned and cannot be modified the day of the event. Each vendor should report to the New Windsor Town Hall Lawn between 4:30pm-5:30pm to set up your area independently. Vendors must provide all tabling supplies; no supplies (ie: tents or tables) are provide by the Town. No set-up/breakdown assistance is provided by the Town.Set up begins: 4:30 p.m.Shopping hours: 6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.NO VENDORS MAY BREAK DOWN THEIR SETUP/TABLE BEFORE 8:30PM. You are committing to the 2 1/2 hours for the entirety of the event.The Town of New Windsor reserves the right to pick which vendors can take part in this event. We can also reject any application for any reason, or shut down any booth for any reason during this event.
