A pavilion rental permit entitles you to exclusive use of a reserved pavilions from dawn to dusk.
Other park patrons are allowed to be in and around the park. At Kristi Babcock Pavilion, the attached concession stand may or may not be open to the public, depending on Town activities.
No alcohol or drugs
No vaping or smoking
No pets or livestock
No bounce houses
No BBQ grills open flame
If there are park patrons using the pavilion during your scheduled day of this permit, please see a Town staff member and show your permit/paid invoice. If there is no staff member is on site and you encounter any conflict at all in order to use the space, please call the New Windsor Police Department at (845) 565-7000. |
