VENDOR NOTES!
  • The Town of New Windsor will provide One 8 FOOT table and 2 chairs per vendor so all you have to do is bring your merchandise/setup to proudly display your items!
  • Tables will be pre-assigned and cannot be modified the day of the event. Each vendor should report to the Community Center between 10am-11am to set up their tables independently.
  • Set up begins: 10:00am
  • Shopping hours: 12pm-6pm
  • NO VENDORS MAY BREAK DOWN THEIR SETUP/TABLE BEFORE 6PM
  • The Town of New Windsor reserves the right to pick which vendors can take part in this event. We can also reject any application for any reason, or shut down any booth for any reason during this event.
