5:15 - 6:00 P.M. - Born to Strike
6:15 - 7:15 P.M. - LittleStrikers & QuickStrikers
- Each Wednesday, players will engage in skill-focused training sessions with Quickstrike FC coaches, focusing on:
- Dribbling, passing, and shooting fundamentals
- Small-sided gameplay and decision-making
- Confidence-building through fun and engaging drills
